OUR STORY

Liz Gonzalez-Diaz, President and Creative Director of Frida Diaz, was immersed in creativity and culture at an early, her Mexican heritage had implanted deep in the core of her heart. 

Her immense passion for footwear was born at a young age. Her love grew deeper when she first stepped foot in a shoe factory having been designing for a men's footwear company. While traveling frequently to Mexico for many years, she enjoyed spending time in the factory, the smell of leather, the stitching machine whirling, the hammers tacking the upper to the last, gave her great inspiration and enchantment.

Fifteen years later that dream becoming a reality, the Frida Diaz brand was born.
