START A RETURN

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of fulfillment, Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges & Returns

We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.  Mail in returns will incur a $7 shipping label fee, that will be deducted from your Refund

How do I start a Return

If you would like to start a return or exchange, email Hello@fridadiaz.com with your order number and we will email you a return label. Please give us 2 business days for a response
